1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 30jil website at 30jil.vu, registering an account, or using any service offered on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all users of the platform, including visitors who have not registered an account.

30jil reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

2. Eligibility

To register and use 30jil, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.

3. Registration and Account

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on 30jil. When you register, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration details — if any information changes, you should update your account accordingly.

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You agree not to share your login credentials with any other person. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact 30jil support immediately. OTP verification is used for login and sensitive account changes to help protect your account from unauthorised access.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

Before processing any withdrawal, 30jil requires identity verification. You will be asked to submit a valid, government-issued Philippine ID — such as a PhilSys National ID, driver's licence, passport, or SSS/GSIS card — along with a selfie for confirmation. Accounts that do not complete KYC will have withdrawals suspended until documentation is provided and approved.

3.3 Closing Your Account

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting 30jil support. Any pending bets will be settled according to the applicable rules before the account is closed. Outstanding balances will be withdrawn using your registered payment method after KYC is confirmed.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 30jil are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). There is no foreign currency conversion at any stage — your wallet balance, bets, and winnings are all displayed and processed in PHP.

4.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

4.2 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed after KYC verification is completed. Processing times vary by payment method. 30jil reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before releasing a withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or accounts with unusual activity patterns. Withdrawals will only be sent to payment accounts registered in your name.

4.3 Deposit Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that funds deposited into your 30jil wallet belong to you and are sourced legally. 30jil does not accept credit cards or cryptocurrency as deposit methods. Deposits made in error may be eligible for reversal if reported promptly and before the funds have been used for betting activity.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

30jil offers sports betting, live casino games, slot games, and eBingo. Each product category has its own specific rules governing how bets are placed, settled, and paid out. By participating in any game or placing any bet, you agree to the rules applicable to that product.

5.1 Bet Placement

A bet is confirmed only when you receive an on-screen confirmation and the amount is deducted from your PHP wallet balance. In the event of a technical error during bet placement, 30jil reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to your wallet.

5.2 Bet Settlement

Bets are settled based on the official result of the relevant event or game round. For sports betting, results are determined by the relevant governing body or official broadcaster. In cases where the result is disputed or delayed, 30jil reserves the right to suspend settlement until the outcome is confirmed.

5.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all bets and games on the platform. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement or within the game interface and may vary by sport, market, game type, or account status.

5.4 Obvious Errors

If a bet is accepted at odds or terms that are clearly erroneous due to a system error or human mistake, 30jil reserves the right to void that bet regardless of whether it has already been settled. Players are not entitled to benefit from obvious pricing errors.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Using the platform while under 21 years of age.
• Any form of fraud, including fraudulent chargebacks or false dispute claims.
• Money laundering or using the platform to process funds of illegal origin.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players in live casino or poker games.
• Any attempt to manipulate the outcome of any game or event.
• Abusing bonuses or promotional offers, including creating duplicate accounts to claim multiple bonuses.

30jil monitors all account activity for suspicious behaviour. Accounts flagged for investigation may have withdrawals temporarily suspended while a review is conducted. If a violation is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed and the balance forfeited.

9. Responsible Gaming

Where an account is closed due to a terms violation, 30jil reserves the right to retain any balance in the account as a penalty. Where an account is closed for non-violation reasons, any remaining balance will be returned to the account holder after KYC verification, minus any applicable fees.

11. Limitation of Liability

30jil provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform is available, secure, and functioning correctly, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances outside our control may occasionally affect availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 30jil shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform — including but not limited to losses resulting from technical errors, network interruptions, or delays in bet settlement. Our total liability for any direct loss arising from platform use shall not exceed the amount of funds held in your 30jil account at the time of the incident.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

12. Changes to These Terms

30jil may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account or via an on-platform notification. The revised terms will take effect on the date they are published.

If you continue to use the platform after the effective date of any revision, you are deemed to have accepted the updated terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you should stop using the platform and request account closure before the changes take effect.
